Flare is Drawing

Vision - Very stunning. The colors make this piece "pop" and the shadowing makes it stand out even more. You can tell that the artist uses a very advanced illustrating program with this piece.

Originality - This isn't a stereotypical picture you'd see from the Sonic fandom. It is very unique. It does help that this appears to be an original character that does not look like a well-known Sonic character just with a different color scheme.

Technique - I briefly touched upon this in "Vision". The shadowing effects are marvelous! It really makes this piece stand out and look professional. The coloring effects for her eyes are very stunning as well.

Impact - Overall, this piece has a pretty good impact on the viewer. Anyone who say this on the front page probably clicked on it because it caught their attention.
